SNP Communications

Strengthening relationships and increasing revenue by $30k+.

Delivering videos with meaning and impact; in my time as a Strategic Account Manager, Content + Broadcast at SNP Communications, I worked with an American multinational e-commerce company to create sizzle videos promoting their emerging talent programs.

These videos were novel for their award-winning program and connected new and current interns and recent graduates to the culture of the company. 

After successful initial delivery in 2022, our contact was so pleased with the end result that in 2023 they increased budget with us by over $30k, adding sizzle videos for their military veteran and EMEA intern programs.

Across six different sizzle videos, spanning two years, three programs and two countries I leveraged project management, content development, and directing skills to create products that helped this company connect with top talent and showcase their culture. 

My responsibilities included:

  • Working alongside the customer and our Creative Director to create, pitch, and select a concept

  • Creating a timeline and overseeing project management from concept dates, to pre-interviewing speakers, to video revision cycles. 

  • Pre-interviewing speakers to create a sound-byte checklist for the live interviews

  • Collaborated with the Creative Director to create storyboards, mood boards, and concept flows. 

  • Coordinated production conversations between the contracted video crew, the Creative Director, and the customer for onsite requirements as well as audio-visual necessities 

  • Acted as managing director onsite: speakers for content, all stakeholders for shoot functionality, and actors for relevant b-roll.

  • Reviewed and combined transcripts to create a paper edit for v1 of the videos. The editor used this as a jumping-off point for the rough cut.
